Our rotary tables typically include a convenient drainage hole so that debris can be easily wiped away, and a variable speed controller for adjusting RPM to suit the feeding conveyor. Z Bucket Elevator Conveyor The vertical lift of our Z bucket elevator type conveyors allows for a much smaller floor area to be used. Utilising a chain driven system with individual transfer buckets they will efficiently transport a wide range of products including; grated cheese, fruit and vegetables, confectionery, snack foods, hardware and dried goods. Z conveyors are manufactured to order to suit each project depending on the required drop height and extension reach. Fed by either a bulk vibrator feeder or a feeding conveyor, these units are controlled by the weighing machine and are very reliable once installed correctly. Vacuum Feeder Vacuum feed conveyors are a great choice for light granular product or powders where factory floor space is limited. They provide a simple way to transfer dry granules or powders from a bulk container to the dosing machine and are ideal for mounting above a linear weigher or auger filler.
